Welcome to Get It Home Hauling (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our delivery services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services Provided

We provide pickup and delivery services for goods within the designated service areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure that all goods are properly packaged and labeled before collection.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact information.

• You must be available (or ensure someone is available) to receive the delivery at the agreed time.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not deliver hazardous, illegal, perishable, or fragile items that require special handling unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Liability & Damages

• Once the goods are collected, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver them safely and on time.

• We are not responsible for any damage, spoilage, loss, or defects to the products themselves, whether occurring during transit or after delivery.

• Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the delivery fee paid, and not the value of the goods being delivered.

5. Delays & Cancellations

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents, strikes, or incorrect delivery information).

• Customers may cancel a delivery prior to dispatch; however, fees may apply for late cancellations.

• We have the right to cancel any delivery after 10 minutes of waiting at the drop-off address. All delivery fees are non-refundeable.

6. Payments & Fees​

• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, redelivery, or changes to the delivery address after dispatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the delivery of goods. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].

9. Amendments
