We proudly serve Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure if we cover your location, just give us a call or text — we can usually make it work!
Do I need to be present for pickup or delivery?
Not always! If we can access the item safely and payment is arranged ahead of time, we can handle it without you needing to be there.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured to protect your items and property during hauling.
Pricing & Payment
How do you determine the price?
Our pricing is based on a combination of:

Size and weight of the item(s)

Pickup and drop-off locations (distance)

Any special handling needs (stairs, disassembly, etc.)
We’ll confirm the price with you before the job starts so there are no surprises.
Do you offer flat rates?
Yes, for certain jobs we offer flat rates — especially for standard deliveries or single-item hauls. For unusual, heavy, or oversized loads, we may provide a custom quote.
How do I pay?

Payment is due upon job completion unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Scheduling & Logistics
How do I book a pickup or delivery?
You can call, text, or use the online form, which is our perfered method. We’ll ask a few quick questions about what you need hauled and when, then schedule your pickup time.
How soon can you come?
In most cases, we can offer same-day or next-day service depending on availability.
Can you move items up or down stairs?
Yes! We can handle stairs safely, but please let us know in advance so we can send the right team and equipment.
Special Situations
Do you haul away junk?
We do not haul junk at of this time.
Can you pick up something I bought from Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist?
Yes, this is one of our most popular services! We just need the pickup location, item description, and contact info for the seller.
